Bhupesh Vora joined as European Chief Information Officer Capital Markets Europe at RBC in 2018, with responsibility for the Quant and Technology. He is also Global Head of Architecture for Risk Analytics Modelling Pricing and Positions.

Mr. Vora has a deep understanding of the global markets through his work history across Electronic Execution, Algos and Risk as well as his academics. He is running a global business facing technology and horizontal cross-asset teams responsible for driving significant budgets across trading business for Cash and Derivatives products focused on building next generation IT Platforms.  Mr. Vora continues to work closely with innovators in the FinTech space and is an active participant in the Open Source technology community for Finance.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Vora served at Barclays Capital for 16 years in various roles, including Global Head of Credit, Municipal and Securitized Products Technology until 2018, having also worked at Lehman Brothers between 2005-2009 as Head of Credit Derivatives Technology, Europe.

Mr. Vora holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Information Management from University College London, graduating on the Dean’s List.
